A collection taking inspiration from patterns in nature and their innate irregularity. Through her exquisite, fine pencil drawings Emma hopes to capture some of this unpredictable beauty. Emma draws on a long heritage of English design from William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement to traditional botanical drawings. She twists these references into modern and original designs, driven by synergies; modern and classical, natural and man-made.

Emma hopes to blur the boundaries between fine art and design, creating unique and distinctive artwork, printed textiles and accessory pieces.
