Inspiration

My label is the the result of my two greatest loves, fashion and the sea- the underlying current that moved me to design swimwear. the "ugly duckling" label reached land in the Summer of 2008 in Tel Aviv with my wish to give a fresh interpretation to swimwear, and bring it to the forefront of the fashion scene by connecting it to fashion- present and past. The Ugly Duckling style is distinctive and their retro-chic flair is slightly nostalgic - yet up to date with today’s fashion trends. my inspiration variates:old movies,magazins from around the world,walking in flea markets,fabric prints, etc. the one motif that connects all the ends is the feeling of reminisce that woven among the collections.
