> Can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Erik Johansson, I am a 24 year old photographer from Gothenburg, Sweden. I often modify and put together different photos to create surreal images. I mostly work with advertisement agencies, both in Sweden and overseas.
> How did you start doing phtography? Is it your job or just a hobby?
At the moment it's both, it started as a hobby a few years ago. I thought that it was fun put different photos together to create the unexpected and I have so many ideas that I want to realize. I have always been drawing since I was a kid, and this is similar in a way. At the moment I am also studying interaction design which is more or less what I primary do. But the photo and retouch is taking up more and more of my time.
> What are your inspiration sources?
I get my inspiration from everywhere. I get more inspiration from artists rather than photographers. E.g. Salvador Dali, M.C. Escher and Rob Gonsalves to name a few.
> If you had to say one word about Fashion?
Hm, the first word that came to my mind when I read the question was "clothing". Maybe a quite boring answer?
> Your news? Your projects?
I always have some personal projects in mind, I have a little less to do now during the summer. So right now I don't really anything planned, I'm just enjoying the summer. But hopefully I will work on some bigger projects this fall.

> What artists (music, photo, fashion, etc...) should our readers discover?
I would like to promote the Swedish rock band: ”bob hund”. They can be described as if you merge Pere Ubu and Pixies with a touch of Kraftwerk and they are really good live. The second disc on the album ”10 år bakåt 100 år frammåt” is a live show from London.
When it comes to photographers it's hard to pick just one, but this is one of my favorite photographers: Koen Demuynck.
My favorite Swedish clothing brands that I think that you should check out are:
Acne: www.shop.acnestudios.com
Velour: www.velour.se
> Your favorite adresses in your city?
There is a place called Haga in the central part of Gothenburg with wooden houses, 19th century-atmosphere and cafés. It's a really nice area to just walk around in or have a cup of coffee.
Haga's place
> The one question you’d like to be asked?
The question you just asked. ;-)
> Favorite drink?
Caipirinha
> Describe a successful evening/night (party)?
Not getting thrown out from the club, which happens occasionally.
> The most amazing thing you've ever seen?
It must be something in my dreams, but I always forget them. My awake state is way to boring to answer this question.

Isn't that part of dream?
> Your last concert?
Bob Hund @ trädgårn, Gothenburg
> Your last exhibition?
I haven't had the opportunity to show my work at a exhibition yet, not that many people knew about me until just a few months ago. But I will show some of work at a photo festival in Eslöv in Sweden this November.
