Le Festival, créé sur l'initiative de Dominique Damien Réhel pour l'association AMCS, accueille chaque année une dizaine de créateurs sous le parrainage de personnalités du monde de la mode et avec le soutien de la Ville de Paris et le Haut-Commissaire à la Jeunesse.
