> Can you briefly introduce yourself?
The brand Leitmotiv was born from the creative complicity between Juan Caro and Fabio Sasso, an harmony between artistic research and couture. The atmosphere of their creations is on the borderline between Fabio’s baroque and decorative taste and the Juan’s gothic texture.
> How did you start designing clothes? Is it something you’ve always wanted to do?
They started as a duo with an installation of bags and boxes called Double Faces: it was a dialogue between art and fashion.
> What are you sources or inspiration?
They evoke complex, fairy-tale and surreal sceneries, that they translate into visual suggestions through the printings, the accessories and the clothes.
