We love memetaime

Launched in Paris in 2010, ‘MÊME T’AIME’ is a unisexe prêt-à-porter brand that aims at conciliating essence and creativity in clothes by combining masculine and feminine codes at their best.
*Can you briefly introduce yourself ? Who are you in real life?*
Behind MÊME T’AIME works in tandem two designers and Parisian friends, Pascal & Pierre, uplifted by freedom without edges inherent in Fashion and whose only ambition is to express their similar tastes, their multiple influences and their complementary experiences through their unisex collections.
*How did you come upon the Who's Next Blog and its Young Designer contest?*
By phoning the trade show organizers who encouraged us to enter for the contest. Thank you so much !
*What made you decide to step into this profession?*
- The idea that Fashion is ahead of great social, political, philosophical and cultural transformations of our era;
- Because Fashion is a movement: just like a fashion show, collections and trends follow one another in a frenzied rhythm which requires a continuous creative renewal.
*Fashion, what for ?*
To have fun with codes and to make them confused (gender, social and geographical origins, orientations), to express the kaleidoscope of his/her personnality, to differentiate oneself from others and be oneself.
Fashion isn't an affair of conformist trends, it is an input which must be filtered of its own sensibility.
*Your favorite addresses in your city?*
The Planisphere shop, 27 rue Etienne Marcel, 75001, which sells a high proportion of our collections and which has exclusive and incredible accessories ;
The Apparemment Café, 18 rue des Coutures Saint-Gervais, 75003, for a tea lolled on an old vintage sofa;
Le Sans Souci, 65 rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle, 75009, for a friendly drink listening to electro songs;
La Java, 105 rue du Faubourg du Temple 75010, to combine party and extravagance.

*Which artists would you like to introduce to the readers ?*

Without being resistant to, no : it would mean to miss the real life.
